The Daily Caller: “According to Fars News Agency, the regime’s outlet run by the Revolutionary Guards, Gen. Massoud Jazayeri, deputy chief of staff of Iran’s armed forces, said “America’s interests and all of Israel are within the range of the Islamic Republic and there is not the slightest doubt among Iran’s armed forces to confront the American government and the Zionists (Israel).”
Opinion: Like the Iranian general, I don’t have a doubt, either. But an attack on Israel from Iran does not line up with the great war detailed by the prophet Ezekiel, at this juncture:
Ezekiel 38:8 says that Israel will have recovered from war. Ezekiel 38:11 says Israel will not expect to be attacked and Ezekiel 38:14 says that Israel will be living in peace and safety.
While none of the above exists today, we can be sure that when the alliance of nations foretold in Ezekiel 38:1-6 launches a surprise attack from the mountains of Israel, the Jewish state will not need either the US or France:
“And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” says the Lord God, “that My fury will show in My face. I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains,” says the Lord God. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother.” Ezekiel 38:18,21.
