Vatican Radio: Leaders of the World Council of Churches have expressed gratitude for a “very constructive and fruitful meeting with Pope Francis” in the Vatican.

The informal encounter took place on Thursday, during the second day of a visit to Rome by the WCC general secretary , Rev. Dr Olav Fykse Tveitand Central Committee moderator, Dr Agnes Abuom from Kenya.

The two WCC leaders met privately with the pope and the head of the Pontifical Council for Christian Unity, Cardinal Kurt Koch, focusing on how to deepen relations within the ecumenical movement. They also discussed the challenges of climate change and economic justice, as well as the important role of faith leaders in seeking solutions to conflicts in different parts of the world. more …

Opinion: Excerpt BP 101 chapter 3:

REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY/ SUPERSESSIONISM: A system of theology that essentially teaches that the church has replaced Israel in God’s plan.

Replacement Theology may be either Amillennial or Postmillennial. It is currently the most widely held belief in Catholic teaching as well as the World Council of Churches (WCC), the Presbyterian Church USA, the Methodist Church, the Lutheran Church (ELCA), the Anglican Church and the United Church of Christ.

Birds of a feather.

The Pontifical Council for Christian Unity is about dialogue between the Vatican and Protestant denominations. And like the Jesuits, unity and dialogue mean bringing them all under the authority of the Pope.

From the World Council of Churches website:

The WCC brings together churches, denominations and church fellowships in more than 110 countries and territories throughout the world, representing over 500 million Christians and including most of the world’s Orthodox churches, scores of Anglican, Baptist, Lutheran, Methodist and Reformed churches, as well as many United and Independent churches.

Roman Catholics and WCC combined equal 1.7 billion people who call themselves Christian, and yet hold to the belief that Israel is no longer part of God’s plan.

Globalism, either in government or religion, will always turn wicked. The first attempt for universal church was frustrated by God in Genesis 11:5-8:

But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.” So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.”

The second attempt at a universal church, which is what catholic means, came 500 years ago when the dominant Roman Catholic Church was busy selling indulgences and dominating life on earth. This time God sent Martin Luther to frustrate and break up the church into denominations.

The third and final attempt can be found in Revelation 13:11-12

“Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”

The two horns like a lamb indicate clergy as the second member of the satanic trinity.

This time God sends His Son (Revelation 19:11-16).

“Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS.

  1. Excellent article. Great points.

I have never trusted any “church” involved in the WCC, nor have I ever trusted the catholic “church” on any level. I have known many people from each, and have made multiple attempts at witnessing to them. However, just as with Mormons and JWs, the members of the WCC and Catholic cults are very stubborn.

Many actual Christians believe that people from these organizations are Christians as well. However, if a person does not believe in the God of the Bible then they are not a Christian. And if a group of people are intently twisting Scripture to match their evil beliefs then they are certainly not Christians, but a cult. We, as Bible-believing Christians must know the Scriptures and be in prayer while ministering to people of different faiths such as these and others.

On a slight side note: I had come across an article online recently that had to do with the Rothschild family. In the article they mention how the Rothschilds are not actually Jews (as they claim), but Khazars. The article mentions Revelation 2:9 when speaking about this point. Here is the link to the article. I found it to be quite interesting, and was wondering about your thoughts on this matter. Thank you!

      • Interesting. In researching our book Antichrist: The Search for Amalek, I came cross the Chazars (Jewish spelling) while tracing the Edomite movement to the Scythian Empire, while the Rothchilds are in the chapter on Adolf Hitler. It will take me some time, however, to finish reading the link you sent due to the health problem that my wife mentioned.
