The Times of Israel: Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas told Meretz party leader Zehava Galon Friday that “the Oslo Accords are dead,” Channel 10 news reported.

Abbas, speaking with Galon to express condolences on the death of her father, said US President Donald Trump had, in several past conversations, “promised a good deal to [resolve] the conflict, and then came this unfortunate surprise, which we cannot accept.” more …

Opinion: Maybe not.

Daniel 9:26 records that the people (empire) of the prince (Antichrist) who is to come shall destroy the city (Jerusalem) and the sanctuary (temple).

There is only one empire that fits: the Holy Roman Empire.

Daniel 9:27 records that a 7 year peace treaty will be confirmed between Israel and many (neighbors), and you cannot confirm what does not already exist.

There is only one 7 year agreement that involves the revived Roman Empire (EU) and Israel: Oslo.

The only thing missing is the one that will confirm this agreement.

From the signing of that treaty, there will be 2520 days until the return of Jesus Christ. (7 literal Jewish calendar (30 day month) years).

According to Revelation 13:1-2, the beast from the sea (Gentile nations) with 7 heads and 10 crowns indicates a world leader who will arise and will fulfill Daniel 7:24. The revived Roman Empire will at first have 10 kings, but an 11th king will come who will subdue 3 of the kings.

Revelation 13:3: “And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast.”

Satan enters the man in a false Resurrection as the last 1260 literal days (3.5 years) begins. With the church of Jesus Christ (1 Thess. 4:16-18) and the Holy Spirit (2 Thess. 2:7) having been removed before the peace treaty was signed, Antichrist will have virtually no one to call him out.

The scene is the time Jesus talked about in Matthew 24:21:

For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.”
