Zero HedgeThe Federal Reserve has once again created an artificial and unsustainable economic bubble. Central planning still doesn’t work, and the sooner we move to sound money the better.

Ron Paul discusses the monumental mess that the Federal Reserve has wrought.

Opinion: Simplified QE Definition: Central banks create money – give it to banks – banks buy stocks and bonds, and whamo, the bull market is on.

We have a lot of posts on QE. There are 7 on the first page of our archives alone.

A fascinating one (here) from January 25, 2016 quotes Ray Dalio, manager of one of the world’s largest hedge funds: “QE won’t work but asks for more anyway”.

It is no different than any addiction, it will lead to destruction, but the addict wants more.

  • Manufacturing money (QE) is akin to counterfeit
  • Manufacturing money creates a mountain of debt
  • Manufacturing money may lead to economic depression

The whole world is buried in debt; Governments, people and cocker spaniels. Last count was $233 trillion which is a meaningless number because there isn’t enough money in the world to pay it off.

Think about that for a moment. It, debt, is out of control, and the policies that got us into debt are being overlooked in favor of wealth creation, therefore a day of reckoning is somewhere in the future.

I was talking about this with our friend VS just yesterday. We talked about the Matthew 24:38 prophecy:

“For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark”.

The question was: Is that before the rapture or during the first three years of the tribulation? We concluded that it must be pre-tribulation.

The clue is in verse 39:

“and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.”

See that? Everything will be hunky dory, until one day in the twinkling of an eye, millions will disappear and everything will change. The prophecy found in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, the one that most Christian denominations have purposefully denied and explained away with doctrines like Amillennialism, Postmillennialism  and Preterism, will have happened literally.

The resulting chaos will usher in the Seal Judgments, of Revelation 6:1-8 the first of which will introduce a very charismatic world leader, war, economic collapse, and death and disease.

It ill be the beginning of the worst time in history, but instead of things getting better, the worst is yet to come. The Great Tribulation will begin in 3.5 years and will be the worst time the world ever has, or ever will experience.
