Jewish Press: “If you’re racist, the world should know,” is the slogan of a data-rich website called Canary Mission. It “documents people and groups that promote hatred of the USA, Israel and Jews on North American college campuses,” and “investigates hatred across the entire political spectrum, including the far right, far left and anti-Israel activists.”
Such as Andrew Kadi, who in 2013 wrote in the fiercely anti-Israeli website Electronic Intifada an op-ed titled “Why boycott can’t be limited only to Israeli occupation and settlements,” attacking Ha’aretz’s frothing-at-the-mouth anti-Zionist columnist Gideon Levy for supporting only selective boycott actions, limited to the settlements. more …
Opinion: That racism, Islamophobia, homophobia, trans-phobia will all continue to get worse once the world enters the tribulation, was clearly prophesied by Jesus Himself as the ‘beginning of the sorrows’ Matthew 24:8.
“And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.” Matthew 24:10
Seems like almost everyone is easily offended these days as political hatred is pouring into the streets of our capital. Those against Judge Kavanaugh will be offended if he wins the vote, and those who are for the judge are incredulous that an uncorroborated charge could bring an end to a person’s career.
But we are not in the tribulation and Jesus is clearly speaking to a Jewish audience with 4 clues in the next 4 verses, indicating that things will get much worse:
11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
- Verse 11: The Church of Jesus Christ will not fall for false prophets
- Verse 12: When the Holy Spirit (Restrainer) and the Church He indwells is caught up (1 Thess. 2:7-8, 14:16-17) to meet Christ in the air lawlessness will be unrestrained
- Verse 13: Christians are saved by believing in the work of Jesus Christ at the cross (John 3:16; Acts 16:30-31) not endurance
- Verse 14: During the tribulation Jesus will provide 144,000 Jewish witnesses (Rev. 7:1-8) and 2 Jewish prophets (Rev. 11:1-14) to bring His chosen ones, the Descendants of Abraham Isaac and Jacob to belief in Himself just before the second coming (Zech. 12:10).
“Therefore comfort one another with these words” 1 Thess. 4:18.
