MSN Money, Avi Gulbert I have outlined the methodology I use to identify major turning points, yet many still assume I use voodoo or analysis of goat entrails.

But as you can see from the attached chart, I am looking for wave 3 off the 2009 lows to top out, and to then begin a 30% correction. However, once that correction runs its course, I think we will see several more years of a rally before this bull market, which began in 2009, will come to an end. And, worse yet, I think we can enter a bear market that can last as long as 20 years, rivaling the depths of the market during the Great Depression. more …

Opinion: The Elliott wave principle is a form of technical analysis that finance traders use to analyze financial market cycles and forecast market trends by identifying extremes in investor psychology, highs and lows in prices, and other collective factors.

The writer of the article Avi Gulbert is an analyst/trader that, like many others, follows the wave theory. Interesting that the chart seems to show an event or series of events that changes everything when it comes to managing money that will occur in the next few years.

Bible prophecy seems to indicate the same:

  • Rev. 6:1-2 White Horse: World leader with a ME peace plan arrives on the world scene
  • Rev. 6:3-4 Red Horse: After brief peace wars and rumors of war are increasing
  • Rev. 6:5-6 Black Horse: Economic collapse: hyperinflation
  • Rev. 6:7-8: Death from famine/ beasts of the earth

“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be” Matthew 24: 37-39.

Today the global markets are controlled by central bankers evidenced by the Fed’s 2008 massive money printing scheme (QE) that bailed out major banks, thereby temporarily avoiding a 1929 type global depression. The debt that was created has still not, and may never be, paid back.

Since then the European Central bank and the Bank of Japan have embarked on the same schemes creating a false prosperity and global debt of insurmountable proportions.

“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be” Matthew 24: 37-39.

The flood that Jesus spoke of just may include global debt. Hyperinflation can happen suddenly, with the collapse of a nations’s currency as evidenced currently in Venezuela. Imagine that happening to the world’s lone superpower who also happens to have the world reserve currency and is the most Christian nation on earth?

Imagine what would happen to the global economy if tens of million of Christians were to disappear in the twinkling of an eye (1 Thess. 4:16-18)?

I wonder if Avi Gulbert knows that?
