Free Beacon: “Leading members of Congress are calling on President Barack Obama to fire one of his top advisers amid a deepening scandal over accusations the White House intentionally misled lawmakers and the American public about the contents of last summer’s comprehensive nuclear agreement with Iran, according to a letter sent Monday to Obama and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The lawmakers are pressing Obama to fire deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes following revelations he and other officials “spearheaded the charge to mislead elected lawmakers and the American people about the Iran nuclear deal and the negotiations that led to this agreement,” according to the letter.

Rhodes will skip a Tuesday hearing before the House Oversight Committee as it investigates claims he and other senior White House officials waged a misinformation campaign to garner approval for the contested Iran deal.”

Opinion: Lies and more lies.

Jun 5, 2013: Susan Rice lies on 5 TV talk shows on the Benghazi massacre of 4 American diplomats and still serves as National Security Advisor to the president

Mar 4, 2014: Lois Lerner pleads the 5th a second time and doesn’t testify in IRS targeting scandal and retires with full pension

Sept, 18, 2014 James Clapper misspoke on the NSA surveillance scandal and still servers as Director of National Intelligence to the president.

Oct 27, 2015 – John Koskinen is accused of lying and destroying evidence during the IRS investigation and still serves as IRS director

President Obama lied 37 times on Obamacare and still serves as president of the United States.

I’m taking a wild guess that Ben Rhodes may get a promotion.
