Telegraph UK: A UK supermarket has become the first in the world to let shoppers pay for groceries using just the veins in their fingertips.
Customers at the Costcutter store, at Brunel University in London, can now pay using their unique vein pattern to identify themselves.
The firm behind the technology, Sthaler, has said it is in “serious talks” with other major UK supermarkets to adopt hi-tech finger vein scanners at pay points across thousands of stores. more …
Opinion: Nowhere in Scripture is the word rapture mentioned. The meaning is derived from the Latin word “rapturo” meaning “caught up“. The rapture of the church of Jesus Christ is an amazing revelation intended to instill hope in believers that they will be kept out of the hour of trial as recorded in Revelation 3:10.
The primary Bible verses concerning the doctrine of the rapture are found in 1 Thess 4:14-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:50-54.
In the same way the words cashless society are no where to be found but implied in Revelation 13:16-17.
If we back up to the Revelation 13:1 we find a “beast coming out of the sea” whom we call “Antichrist”, the final world ruler. This man, indwelt by Satan, is going to have a second-in-command whom John describes as a “beast coming out of the earth,” with ‘two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon’ indicating the man will come from clergy (Revelation 13:11).
This False Prophet is going to set up a system where everyone in the world is going to have to worship the Antichrist and take his mark in order to be able to buy and sell.
Now, with cash the False Prophet would not be able to control the world economy, because as long as there is cash people can operate outside of the system.
The move to eliminate cash has gone into overdrive since the great recession of 2008-9, with economists and financial analysts calling for the elimination of large bills first with a gradual move to replace the US dollar with a digital global currency.
Based on its perfect track record, we can have 100% confidence that Bible prophecy will be fulfilled, perfectly.
