Breaking Israel News: On Monday, the last day of Hanukkah, the Sanhedrin called out to the 70 Nations to join in the consecration of the altar for the Third Temple. A full-dress reenactment of the daily sacrifice was held and a representative of a South American nation who attended was the recipient of a miraculous fulfillment of the Messianic promise of the ingathering of the exiles.
After months of intensive study, the Sanhedrin ordered a stone altar built, scheduling its dedication to take place on the last day of Hanukkah just outside the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem.
The square altar is nine feet square and five feet high and is constructed of aerated concrete. The material was ruled to be fit for use in the Temple. In the Talmud, it is explained that steel may not be used to cut the stones of the altar since the Temple Service brings life into the world and steel, as it is used in war, takes life.
The altar was constructed on a metal frame designed also for purposes of transportability. The intent was to create an altar that could be taken to the Temple Mount at a moment’s notice should the need arise.

Opinion: There cannot be a temple without a high priest, and there cannot be a high priest unless he comes from the line of the Aaron or Kohanim (Cohen).
Excerpt: Antichrist: The Search for Amalek (Pg. 186):
“In a January 2000 post from the Jewish website Aish.com, an article by Dr. Karl Skorecki considered a hypothesis: “If the Cohanim are descendants of one man, they should have a common set of genetic markers — a common haplotype — that of their common ancestor.
That even though Cohanim can be significantly different in stature, skin coloration and hair and eye color, they can still be from the line of Cohanim, direct descendants of one man — Aaron, the brother of Moses.
Calculations based on the high rate of genetic similarity of today’s Cohanim resulted in the highest “paternity-certainty” rate ever recorded in population genetics studies — a scientific testimony to family faithfulness”.
High Priest problem solved.
Biblical prophecies confirming a third temple:
- Ezekiel 37:26-28
- Daniel 9:27
- Micah 4:1-5
- Zechariah 6:12
- Matthew 24:15
- 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
- Revelation 11:1-2
Now for the possible timing:
There are three wars prophesied to precede the return of Jesus Christ:
- Psalm 83 – Arab regional war
- Ezekiel 38-39 – Invasion by Russia, Iran, Turkey, North Africa
- Daniel 11:40-45 – Final war Armageddon
It is after the Ezekiel invasion (Gog and Magog) and miraculous victory, that God says He will end the diaspora (scattering to the nations), that began with the destruction of the 2nd temple in AD 70:
“…then they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them captive any longer” (Ezekiel 39:28).
Once back in the land the tribulation, or time of Jacob’s trouble, (Jeremiah 30:7) begins.
